Description:

We’re looking for a Hairdresser who knows how to combine technique with creativity — someone who doesn’t just follow trends, but helps clients discover what truly suits them. You’ll provide a full range of salon services, including precision cuts, creative color, blowouts, and special occasion styling. You’ll consult with clients before every service to understand their goals and offer expert guidance on shape, tone, and maintenance. You’ll help clients express themselves — whether they want a subtle refresh or a bold transformation. You’ll help guide clients through changes, whether it’s their first bold color or a subtle refresh that lifts their confidence. You’ll stay current on trends, techniques, and products — attending workshops or keeping an eye on what’s next in hair fashion. You’ll recommend at-home care routines and retail products that help clients maintain their style between visits. You’ll take before-and-after photos (with permission) and help us showcase the great work you do on social media or in-salon displays. You’ll manage your time well, respecting every appointment and making sure no one feels rushed or overlooked.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work efficiently without rushing—quality and timing both matter in a busy salon.
• Handle walk-ins and scheduled appointments efficiently to reduce wait times.
• Support bridal, event, or photoshoot styling, including updos and extensions.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle, color, and overall hair goals.
• Keep track of color formulas and client history for future visits.

Preferred:

• Organized with scheduling, product inventory, and maintaining a clean, professional workspace.
• Background or strong passion in cosmetology, beauty, or fashion.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.
• Willing to support reception tasks like greeting clients or managing bookings if needed.
• Knows how to safely apply chemical treatments like perms, relaxers, or keratin services.
