Description:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who’s eager to learn how real campaigns are built, launched, and measured — not just from textbooks, but from the inside. You might not have agency experience yet, but you’re curious about how brands grow online and ready to get your hands dirty with the details. One hour you’ll be editing Instagram captions, the next — building a Google Sheet of ad stats or rewriting a CTA for a law firm. You’ll work alongside designers, media buyers, and strategists — and pick up more real-world knowledge in one month than most courses give in a year. You’ll proof emails, test links, help organize assets, rename files correctly, and discover that folders matter more than you thought. You’ll join brainstorms, take notes, pitch scrappy ideas, and actually see them go live (sometimes the same day). You’ll keep calendars clean, folders named, and version control tight — because in the chaos, your structure keeps things moving. You’ll get exposed to SEO basics, funnel logic, A/B testing, and light design review — just enough to know how they connect. You’ll sit in on team meetings, take notes, ask questions, and slowly start to contribute ideas of your own.
Basic Qualifications:
- Help with setting up tracking (e.g., UTM codes, pixel placements) and testing links across platforms.
- Help write and edit marketing copy for newsletters, product pages, landing pages, ads, or blog posts.
- Respond to comments, DMs, or reviews on social media with a helpful and brand-consistent voice.
- Update and maintain the company website or e-commerce platform—editing content, uploading images, and checking for broken links or SEO issues.
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
Preferred:
- Knows how to proofread and follow brand voice and tone guidelines across all materials.
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or Canva.
- Excited to support high-performing campaigns that attract and engage target audiences.
- Pays close attention to detail when formatting campaigns, tracking links, or publishing content.
- Able to schedule and monitor posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or X (Twitter).
Benefits:
- You’ll get mentorship — not micromanagement — and room to find your marketing strengths.
- You’ll learn how to track ROI, write better CTAs, and understand what *actually* moves the needle.
- You’ll be part of brainstorms, debriefs, and campaign planning — your voice is welcome at the table.
- If you love checklists, click-through rates, well-written emails, and learning by doing — welcome to the team.
- We believe in results, not busywork — and we’ll help you learn to focus on what matters.
” You’ll spot problems before they hit customers and suggest simple solutions that make the user experience smoother. You’ll receive feedback that’s thoughtful, written, and aimed at helping you grow — not just fix things. You’ll move fast, but learn to pause for quality — and we’ll help you understand where speed matters and where clarity wins. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, pitch ideas, and take pride in the “small” stuff that keeps campaigns on track. You’ll also make mistakes — and learn how a good agency turns those into lessons, not lectures. You’ll leave this role more confident, more capable, and with a solid understanding of how real brands grow online. You won’t just build experience — you’ll help build the brand from the inside. If you work best with checklists, long blocks of focus time, and clear written feedback — you’ll love how we work here. If you’re fast, flexible, curious, and weirdly excited by spreadsheets and content calendars — welcome to agency life.
