Description:

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant Trainee who’s ready to take their first steps into the retail world — someone who’s enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to learn how to turn good service into great experiences. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, greeting customers, answering questions, and helping them find the right products or services. You’ll practice those same skills yourself, gradually building comfort in starting conversations and helping customers with confidence. You’ll gradually learn to take initiative — greeting guests, answering questions, and offering support during their shopping experience. You’ll gradually take on more customer-facing duties as your confidence and product knowledge grow. You’ll assist in setting up promotions, organizing stockrooms, and ensuring displays always look fresh and inviting. We’ll show you how to manage basic inventory, check stock levels, and support restocking as needed. You’ll work under supervision, but you’ll also have opportunities to take initiative and suggest small improvements. You’ll develop time management skills by helping during busy hours and staying proactive during quiet ones.

Basic Qualifications:

• Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and current trends.
• Participate in in-store events or promotions by helping with setup and customer engagement.
• Report low stock or customer feedback to supervisors to help improve operations.
• Keep fitting rooms tidy and ready for the next customer at all times.
• Take initiative to help customers, even if it’s not in your immediate area.

Preferred:

• Willing to assist with restocking, unpacking deliveries, and organizing shelves.
• Able to multitask during busy periods, especially weekends or sales events.
• Open to flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiar with store layout, inventory availability, and current promotions or sales events.
• Understands how to meet daily or weekly sales targets and contribute to store goals.
