Description:
We’re hiring a Remote HR Coordinator to be the backbone of our HR operations, handling recruitment, benefits, and employee relations. You’ll handle the day-to-day administrative HR tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our remote workforce. You’ll be the point of contact for employees, providing guidance on company policies, benefits, and career development. You’ll handle employee documentation, maintain accurate records, and assist with compliance to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll coordinate benefits administration, answer employee questions, and help them navigate their options. You’ll assist with employee performance reviews and personal development plans, helping employees achieve their full potential. You’ll ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, helping to mitigate risks and promote fairness. You’ll collaborate with the leadership team to help develop and implement employee growth initiatives and performance reviews. You’ll also help with compliance, ensuring that the company follows labor laws and regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback collection with hiring managers and recruiters.
- Assist with performance review cycles—sending reminders, tracking submissions, and compiling feedback when needed.
- Help update and manage employee databases, internal directories, and Slack channels based on team changes.
- Support day-to-day HR operations remotely, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management in HRIS tools like BambooHR, Gusto, or Deel.
- Document internal processes clearly so they can be reused, delegated, or scaled.
