You’ll provide a full range of salon services, including precision cuts, creative color, blowouts, and special occasion styling. You’ll begin each appointment with a thoughtful consultation, taking time to understand the client’s lifestyle, face shape, and desired result. You’ll help clients express themselves — whether they want a subtle refresh or a bold transformation. You’ll maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring your tools, station, and equipment are always ready for the next guest. You’ll stay current on new trends and professional products, experimenting with styles that keep your work modern and exciting. You’ll take part in team trainings, salon meetings, and occasional workshops to grow your skills and stay inspired. You’ll be part of a creative team that supports, inspires, and challenges each other to grow together. You’ll build relationships with regulars and make newcomers feel instantly comfortable and welcome.

Basic Qualifications:

• Color, bleach, highlight, or tone hair while maintaining hair health and achieving the right shade.
• Offer honest advice on what suits the client’s face shape, lifestyle, and hair type best.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace and tools in line with hygiene and salon standards.
• Respect client preferences while gently guiding them when a style may not work as imagined.
• Style hair using blow dryers, straighteners, curlers, and products for everyday or special occasions.

Preferred:

• Follows hygiene and sanitation standards for tools, stations, and client comfort.
• Background or strong passion in cosmetology, beauty, or fashion.
• Proficient in using professional tools such as scissors, clippers, blow dryers, straighteners, and curling irons.
• Values creativity, communication, and customer satisfaction in every service.
• Experienced in working with all genders and age groups in a salon, spa, or freelance setting.
