As our TikTok Content Creator, you'll be responsible for taking us to the For You page in the most unique, fun, and totally unmissable ways. Whether you’re filming on your phone, experimenting with new formats, or mixing in trending audios, you’ll bring fresh ideas to life every single day. Bonus points if you’ve made someone laugh out loud with your content or left them saying, “I didn’t know I needed this until I saw it. ” Perfection is nice, but we’re all about creativity, speed, and staying true to what TikTok’s all about — authenticity.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep things light, relatable, and never too polished—this is TikTok, not TV.
• Research what’s trending in your niche and bring a fresh twist to it whenever possible.
• Film and edit independently with minimal guidance—be your own director and editor.
• Test different posting times, hooks, and video structures to see what performs best.
• Turn TikTok videos into cross-platform content for Reels, Shorts, or even memes.

Preferred:

• Enjoys experimenting with text overlays, voiceovers, or trending sound snippets.
• Comfortable using mobile editing tools like CapCut or InShot to enhance video quality.
• Follows cultural and social media trends closely, both globally and locally.
• Strong sense of humor and ability to create entertaining or thought-provoking content.
• Curious about what makes content go viral and interested in analyzing metrics.
