Description:
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant who’s curious, organized, and ready to learn how online growth actually happens behind the scenes. You’ll work on real marketing tasks — campaign prep, analytics, content, and research — all through task boards, not Zoom calls. You’ll communicate mostly in writing: Slack, Notion, comments, tickets — so clarity, context, and kindness in text are your superpowers. You’ll sit in on brainstorms, pitch a few ideas, and then help turn them into assets, timelines, and posts that go live. You’ll assist in monitoring analytics — clicks, opens, bounce rates — and learn what they mean (and why they matter). You’ll join brainstorms, take notes, pitch scrappy ideas, and actually see them go live (sometimes the same day). You’ll learn to keep 10 tabs open, take notes while listening, and quietly ask “wait — which brand is this again? You’ll get exposed to SEO basics, funnel logic, A/B testing, and light design review — just enough to know how they connect. You’ll keep things tidy — folders, filenames, Airtable tabs — because digital chaos helps no one.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ultimately, help the team deliver campaigns that attract, engage, and convert the right audience effectively.
- Support SEO and SEM efforts by conducting keyword research, optimizing metadata, and tracking keyword rankings.
- Collect screenshots, analytics, and campaign notes to prepare presentations or recap decks for internal stakeholders.
- Support lead generation initiatives through form setup, CRM tagging, or landing page optimization.
- Help with setting up tracking (e.g., UTM codes, pixel placements) and testing links across platforms.
Preferred:
- Willing to support A/B tests, landing page updates, or newsletter optimizations.
- Understands how to organize and track campaign performance using spreadsheets or dashboards.
- Can contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas, taglines, or content hooks.
- Comfortable writing or editing marketing copy for blogs, newsletters, or social media posts.
- Able to schedule and monitor posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or X (Twitter).
Benefits:
- If you love checklists, click-through rates, well-written emails, and learning by doing — welcome to the team.
- And yes, we’ll cheer when your campaign hits, your graphic trends, or your email outperforms the control.
- You’ll learn how to track ROI, write better CTAs, and understand what *actually* moves the needle.
- You’ll be part of brainstorms, debriefs, and campaign planning — your voice is welcome at the table.
- We support learning — paid courses, certifications, and weekly marketing tips from the team.
No daily standups, no random calls — just a shared roadmap, clear expectations, and async check-ins that respect your time. You’ll take ownership of micro-projects — maybe it’s onboarding emails, or our FAQ page, or building a spreadsheet we use every week. You’ll develop instincts fast — knowing when to DM the designer, when to ping the strategist, and when to just fix it yourself. You’ll be encouraged to research trends, suggest improvements, and start thinking like a marketer — not just an executor. You’ll receive feedback often, and you’ll learn to love it, because every edit is a step closer to mastery. You’ll be mentored closely, critiqued constructively, and included like a real part of the team — because you are. This isn’t about being loud or quick — it’s about being steady, thoughtful, and useful in a remote-first world. If you work best with checklists, long blocks of focus time, and clear written feedback — you’ll love how we work here. If you’re fast, flexible, curious, and weirdly excited by spreadsheets and content calendars — welcome to agency life.
