Description:

We’re searching for a Digital Product Designer who blends aesthetic intuition with user-first thinking — someone who sees design as a tool for clarity, not decoration. In this role, you won’t just be designing screens; you’ll be shaping how real people experience our product. You’ll take loosely defined ideas and shape them into clean, purposeful experiences through research, iteration, and collaboration. You ask the right questions, map out user journeys, and turn vague product requirements into intuitive interfaces that feel simple, even when they’re solving complex problems. You’re just as comfortable sketching on paper as you are working in Figma, and you know how to move from low-fi to polished mockups with confidence. Whether it’s a mobile app, web platform, or internal tool, your work brings clarity, consistency, and delight to the experience. You’re familiar with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, but more importantly, you understand *why* you're using them. You bring ideas to the table, but you also listen deeply, ask smart questions, and adapt fast when goals shift.

Basic Qualifications:

• Present and communicate your design rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Own design projects from concept to handoff—working independently while syncing regularly with the team.
• Use components and constraints wisely to speed up workflow while maintaining a polished result.
• Be proactive in identifying UX issues and suggesting improvements even outside your immediate tasks.

Preferred:

• Understands responsive design and how interfaces adapt across devices.
• Willing to explore feedback from users and adapt designs to real-world needs.
• Experience designing user interfaces for web or mobile applications.
• Interested in staying updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Can create clear user flows, journey maps, and interaction logic.
