We’re hiring a remote Etsy Shop Manager who can keep things running smoothly while helping our brand grow creatively and strategically. You’ll take full ownership of the shop’s daily operations — from uploading new items to ensuring customers get what they ordered on time. You know that great product photos and keyword-rich titles make all the difference on Etsy — and you’re ready to optimize both. You’ll write, update, and manage product listings to ensure everything is accurate, appealing, and up-to-date. You’ll handle customer support with patience and professionalism, making sure every buyer feels heard and supported. You’ll optimize product listings using Etsy SEO best practices and track performance through the platform’s analytics. You’ll be our first line of communication with customers — solving problems, answering questions, and building loyalty. You’re not just keeping the shop open — you’re making it thrive, one thoughtful decision at a time. Your organizational skills keep everything running behind the scenes, from inventory to restock alerts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep an eye on inventory or file delivery issues and fix anything before it impacts customer experience.
• Create promotional content or collaborate with designers for thumbnails, banners, and social media assets.
• Treat the Etsy shop like a real business—because it is. Every listing, message, and update counts.
• Oversee the daily operations of an Etsy store—managing listings, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Research competitors and successful shops to stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities to improve visibility and conversions.

Preferred:

• Enjoys working independently and making data-driven decisions to grow the shop.
• Able to schedule new listings, run promotions, or use coupons to boost sales.
• Can support digital product shops, handmade businesses, or print-on-demand operations.
• Familiar with Etsy SEO, including titles, tags, and descriptions that boost discoverability.
• Excited to grow into roles like E-commerce Manager, Brand Strategist, or Product Creator.
