Description:
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer Trainee to join our fast-paced digital agency — no experience needed, just raw creativity, adaptability, and a hunger to learn. You’ll help bring our brand to life across lookbooks, packaging, social posts, and digital campaigns. We’ll teach you how to design for speed, engagement, and brand identity all at once. You’ll learn tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch — and how to turn ideas into clickable prototypes. You’ll sit in on user interviews, product meetings, and feedback sessions to understand how design solves real problems. Expect to spend your days combining fonts, layouts, and color palettes into designs that feel effortless and iconic. We’ll guide you through accessibility basics, responsive grids, and modern UI design systems. You’ll learn the difference between a “cool” design and one that actually works for the audience and goal. Every week, you’ll level up your skills: typography, layout, color theory, social formats, and brand voice adaptation.
Basic Qualifications:
- Take raw content—text, data, photos—and turn it into something people actually want to look at.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while still pushing creative boundaries.
- Create eye-catching designs for digital and print—social media, ads, packaging, you name it.
- Be the one who always notices when something's a pixel off (and fix it).
- Translate vague ideas like 'make it pop' into real, usable work.
Preferred:
- Background or education in graphic design, visual communication, or multimedia arts.
- Open to A/B testing visuals and using analytics to iterate on design performance.
- Thrives in creative, feedback-driven environments where design has a direct business impact.
- Willing to revise designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
- Understands layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy for creating impactful designs.
Benefits:
- Team critiques that are supportive, not soul-crushing.
- Get paid to turn ideas into visuals that make people stop scrolling.
- Flexible hours — night owl or 6am coffee junkie, your rhythm matters.
- Your work won’t be ignored or overwritten — we actually care about good design.
- You’ll never be asked to “make the logo bigger” (okay, maybe once — but we’ll laugh about it).
You’ll get feedback from senior designers and product leads who want to help you grow, not just execute. Some days you’ll work on posters, others on pitch decks, email graphics, or brand illustrations — variety is part of the fun. You’ll work closely with content creators, social media managers, and copywriters to bring posts to life. You’ll start building a portfolio of real work that reflects your growth, style, and problem-solving skills. We value speed, consistency, and freshness — and we’ll teach you how to deliver all three while still having fun. No design school? You don’t need to code, but you’ll learn how to design with developers in mind and speak their language. You’ll finish this role with a portfolio full of stylish, publish-ready work that reflects real-world brand experience. If you’re ready to turn creativity into a career, and you’re excited to learn through doing — we’re ready to teach you.
