Description:

We’re hiring a Remote Branding Consultant to help businesses define, refine, and communicate their unique brand identity. You’ll work with clients to define their brand values, voice, and mission, helping them communicate these elements to their audience. You’ll guide clients through brand positioning, voice development, and messaging that resonates with their target audience. You’ll help develop a visual brand identity that includes logos, color schemes, and typography, ensuring it reflects the business's core values. You’ll guide clients in crafting compelling brand stories that resonate with their audience and differentiate them from competitors. You’ll collaborate with clients to develop brand stories that effectively communicate who they are and why they matter. You’ll provide strategic advice on brand development, marketing campaigns, and growth strategies tailored to each client’s goals. You’ll help clients develop their online presence, ensuring their brand is well-represented across websites, social media, and digital campaigns. You’ll help clients with brand positioning, ensuring they stand out in a competitive market and appeal to their ideal audience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure the brand feels authentic, modern, and flexible enough to grow with the business.
• Support both early-stage startups and mature brands—tailoring advice to budget, goals, and resources.
• Work with freelancers or internal teams (designers, content creators, marketers) to align execution with strategy.
• Create brand tone-of-voice guidelines and sample copy that shows how to communicate across different contexts.
• Build out customer personas and messaging frameworks to guide marketing and content decisions.

Preferred:

• Able to translate business goals into clear messaging and visual direction.
• Familiar with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma for brand asset creation.
• Values clarity, emotional connection, and long-term brand equity.
• Can guide the creation of logos, color palettes, and typography that align with brand values.
• Comfortable leading workshops or brand discovery calls via Zoom or similar platforms.
