We’re offering a Radiologic Technologist Trainee position for those ready to enter the world of high-tech healthcare — no experience required. We’re hiring Radiologic Technologist Trainees — no prior experience required, just motivation and a willingness to learn. No problem — we’ll train you step by step in both imaging and patient-centered care. You’ll work closely with a tight-knit team, learning how to do more with less — and do it well. Expect to be part of a team where doctors rely on you for the images that guide treatment, surgery, and life-saving decisions. You’ll begin to understand how X-rays, CT scans, and fluoroscopy contribute to accurate diagnosis and early detection. You’ll learn to operate machines with precision, troubleshoot calmly, and work around real-life limitations like short staff or power flickers. You’ll help someone scared of a cancer scan feel heard, or someone recovering from a fall feel dignity instead of frustration. You’ll rotate through ERs, ICU, and general diagnostics, learning how to adapt to different workflows and patient needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Communicate clearly with doctors, nurses, and patients to ensure smooth workflow.
• Calm nervous patients—especially children or those in pain—by being patient and reassuring.
• Operate X-ray, CT, or MRI equipment with precision and care to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
• Provide input to improve imaging protocols, patient comfort, or workflow efficiency.
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for unexpected urgent cases.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like CT/MRI Technologist, Imaging Lead, or Radiology Department Supervisor.
• Willing to support portable imaging procedures in ICU, ER, or bedside situations.
• Excited to contribute to diagnostic processes that support accurate treatment decisions.
• Background or degree in radiologic technology, diagnostic imaging, or medical sciences.
• Comfortable maintaining and cleaning equipment regularly and reporting any technical issues promptly.
