Description:

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who genuinely enjoys helping people and solving problems. You’ll respond to incoming questions and requests with empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help. From simple how-to questions to more complex product issues, you’ll be there with clear, helpful answers. You’ll be handling tickets via email, live chat, or sometimes hopping on a quick call if needed. No scripts — just smart, human conversations that leave people feeling heard and supported. You’ll use tools like live chat, email, and phone support to communicate quickly and effectively. Support isn’t just about fixing — it’s about listening, understanding, and building loyalty. If a customer’s having a tough time, you’re the type to stick with them until it’s fixed — and then check in later. You’ll become an expert in our tools, features, and workflows so you can support customers confidently.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Support customers across global time zones and adapt communication style to match different regions or cultures.
  • Document recurring issues, feature requests, and customer feedback to help improve internal processes and product development.
  • Ultimately, act as the voice of the company—making sure every customer feels heard, helped, and happy.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone—delivering clear, helpful, and friendly support every time.
  • Create or update internal FAQs, macros, or help center articles to reduce repetitive questions and empower self-service.

Preferred:

  • Background or interest in customer service, tech support, SaaS, or digital tools.
  • Knows how to use macros, saved replies, and internal wikis for efficient support.
  • Familiar with basic technical support workflows or able to learn product functionality quickly.
  • Pays close attention to customer tone, urgency, and feedback to personalize responses.
  • Understands the importance of customer retention, satisfaction scores, and feedback loops.
