We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist Trainee focused on SMM and Content — no experience required, just a creative mind, love for social platforms, and willingness to learn fast. You’ll be creating and testing content fast — for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, emails, blog posts, and landing pages. We’ll teach you how to turn ideas into posts, posts into engagement, and engagement into growth. You’ll work directly with founders, designers, and even customers to shape how our brand shows up and speaks online. You’ll learn how to use tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, and Notion to stay organized and move fast. You’ll learn what makes a reel go viral, how to study analytics, and how to create repeatable formats that feel personal. You’ll be part of building content systems, calendars, and playbooks that don’t exist yet — and help improve them as we grow. You’ll help shape the brand’s online personality, refine its tone, and develop its rhythm across platforms. You’ll be encouraged to break formats, test weird ideas, and follow intuition — not just best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create monthly content calendars that balance promotions, education, and community.
• Bring data to creative meetings and creative thinking to data meetings.
• Edit or write short-form copy that’s snappy, clear, and value-driven.
• Spot what competitors are doing—and find ways to do it better or smarter.
• Own your results, celebrate the wins, and learn fast from the misses.

Preferred:

• Enjoys building communities, sparking conversations, and growing online presence.
• Open to running webinars, newsletters, giveaways, or digital events to boost engagement.
• Can write basic landing page copy or email marketing content when needed.
• Comfortable with content management systems like WordPress, Notion, or Webflow.
• Familiar with brand tone, visual identity, and guidelines to keep communication consistent.
