Description:

We’re hiring a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who knows how to build trust, start conversations, and form lasting creator relationships. You’ll lead the charge in identifying and connecting with influencers who genuinely align with our brand and audience. Your outreach will be personal, thoughtful, and designed to spark genuine interest — not land in the spam folder. You’ll find creators that align with our values, audience, and aesthetic — not just based on numbers but real engagement. You’ll craft messages that show we’ve done our homework and actually care about collaborating, not just promoting. You’ll follow up like a pro, using tact and timing to stay top of mind without being pushy. You’ll manage outreach campaigns from end to end, keeping track of who’s live, who’s pending, and who’s ghosting. You know how to spot authentic engagement vs. You’ll also help develop influencer briefs and ensure the content created aligns with campaign goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Coordinate with designers or use tools like Canva to create banners, social content, and product visuals.
• Process orders daily, ensuring supplier fulfillment is smooth and tracking info is updated for customers.
• Manage product listings across platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Etsy—adding descriptions, pricing, variants, and optimized images.
• Pull analytics from Shopify, Google Analytics, or Facebook Ads to report on store performance and make informed tweaks.
• Communicate with suppliers (AliExpress, Spocket, CJ Dropshipping, etc.) to confirm inventory, delivery times, and resolve any fulfillment issues.

Preferred:

• Knows how to use Shopify apps for upsells, timers, or abandoned cart recovery.
• Eager to grow into roles like Store Manager, Product Researcher, or Marketing Assistant.
• Comfortable editing product images using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets to manage product data or order tracking.
• Background or interest in e-commerce, marketing, or online business operations.
