Description:

We’re hiring a skilled Digital Illustrator to join our creative team and produce captivating visual artwork for a range of projects. You’ll be responsible for producing original digital illustrations for various platforms, including websites, social media, and advertisements. You’ll work closely with creative directors and designers to bring concepts to life through unique, eye-catching artwork. You’ll use design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Procreate to produce high-quality digital art that enhances user experience. You’ll help develop visual assets like icons, characters, illustrations, and infographics that tell stories and capture attention. You’ll adapt your illustration style to suit the project’s tone, whether it’s minimalist, detailed, or whimsical. You’ll ensure that all illustrations are scalable, properly formatted, and optimized for use across various platforms. You’ll assist in refining and iterating on designs based on feedback from the team and clients, ensuring final approvals are met.

Basic Qualifications:

• Deliver final artwork in multiple file formats (PNG, SVG, PSD, AI, etc.) optimized for both web and print usage.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are reflected in the visual language—diverse characters, clear storytelling, and intentional choices.
• Work closely with creative directors, designers, or clients to understand the project vision and translate concepts into compelling visuals.
• Revise and refine artwork based on feedback, maintaining consistency in color, proportion, and visual storytelling.
• Stay up to date with trends in digital illustration, visual storytelling, and emerging platforms (like NFTs or AR).

Preferred:

• Can design for print (posters, stickers, packaging) and/or digital (NFTs, web assets, mobile apps).
• Organized with file management, layer structure, and version control in illustration files.
• Values originality, clarity, and impact in their visual work.
• Able to create original characters, scenes, icons, or branded illustrations from scratch.
• Comfortable illustrating in various formats — from print-ready files to web-optimized graphics.
