We’re hiring a Radiologic Technologist Trainee — no experience required, just empathy, attention to detail, and a desire to care for people through technology. We’ll teach you the full process — from reading imaging orders and prepping rooms to positioning patients and reviewing results with radiologists. We’ll teach you how to read imaging requests, set exposure levels, and align equipment to capture the clearest views. Basic Qualifications:

• Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly.
• Handle sensitive health information with full confidentiality and professionalism.
• Help teach or mentor newer technologists or students when asked.
• Provide input to improve imaging protocols, patient comfort, or workflow efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with doctors, nurses, and patients to ensure smooth workflow.

Preferred:

• Able to follow physicians' orders precisely and document procedure details accurately.
• Certified and licensed as a radiologic technologist, with training in X-ray imaging procedures.
• Experience operating radiographic equipment in hospital, outpatient, or diagnostic lab settings.
• Excited to contribute to diagnostic processes that support accurate treatment decisions.
• Open to working in a rotating schedule that includes nights, weekends, or on-call shifts.
