Description:
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Remote Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent for our company. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidate pipelines for various roles. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop a recruiting strategy. You’ll source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool. You’ll post job openings, evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assist in making final hiring decisions. You’ll track candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline, providing regular updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders. You’ll track key metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, using data to improve the efficiency of the recruiting process. You’ll assist with interview coordination, scheduling meetings with hiring managers, and ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Basic Qualifications:
- Suggest process improvements and tech tools to streamline sourcing, screening, or scheduling.
- Adapt recruiting tactics based on the role—whether it’s tech, design, marketing, operations, or customer support.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and team members, taking into account availability across global time zones.
- Write and post clear, compelling job descriptions optimized for SEO and tailored to remote job platforms (e.g., We Work Remotely, Remote OK).
- Ultimately, help great people find their place in great teams—no matter where they are in the world.
Preferred:
- Wants to grow into roles like Talent Partner, People Ops Manager, or Head of Recruiting.
- Willing to give and receive feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Understands basic labor laws and compliance across different regions or countries.
- Willing to support employer branding by helping create posts or materials for social channels.
- Background or interest in HR, talent acquisition, psychology, or business.
