Description:
We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate who genuinely cares about people — not just solving problems, but making customers feel heard, supported, and valued every step of the way. Your day-to-day will revolve around making sure our customers feel confident, supported, and genuinely happy using our product or service. You’ll be that steady, reliable presence customers turn to when they’re stuck, confused, or just need a little reassurance that they’re on the right track. You’ll answer questions, follow up on issues, and proactively check in to make sure everything’s running smoothly. You’ll work closely with product and operations teams to communicate customer insights and make our offerings stronger. You listen actively, explain clearly, and respond quickly — without ever sounding robotic. Clear communication is your thing — you know how to break down technical steps in plain language and always strike the right tone, whether it’s friendly, professional, or a little of both.
Basic Qualifications:
- Organize and host check-ins, product walkthroughs, or Q&A sessions based on client needs and stage.
- Respond to customer inquiries with clarity, patience, and a solutions-oriented mindset—via chat, email, or video call.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting common questions, edge cases, and troubleshooting steps.
- Act as the go-to point of contact for customers, helping them get value from our product and resolving day-to-day questions.
- Be the calm voice when things go wrong—whether it's a bug, delay, or confusion, your empathy matters.
Preferred:
- Organized and consistent with note-taking, follow-ups, and task tracking.
- Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Intercom.
- Pays attention to feedback and identifies opportunities for process improvement.
- Knows how to manage multiple customer accounts or conversations simultaneously.
- Experience working with customers through email, chat, or phone support.
