Description:

We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Assistant who’s organized, curious, and eager to dive into the world of digital partnerships. You’ll play a key support role by managing outreach lists, keeping tabs on partner performance, and making sure every affiliate has what they need to succeed. Whether it’s updating creatives, verifying tracking links, or preparing performance summaries, your attention to detail will be essential. You’ll help identify potential affiliates, assist with outreach, and make sure new partners are welcomed and onboarded with everything they need to succeed. Communication will be a big part of your role: you’ll respond to affiliate questions, help troubleshoot minor issues, and work cross-functionally with marketing and analytics teams to gather reports and insights. If something’s broken — a link, a promo code, a file — you’re the kind of person who quietly fixes it before anyone notices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay up-to-date on trends in affiliate and influencer marketing—platform changes, FTC guidelines, etc.
• Work with the analytics team to analyze traffic and conversions generated from affiliate efforts.
• Support the affiliate marketing team by researching potential partners and reaching out to them with personalized pitches.
• Assist in recruiting micro-influencers or niche partners who might fly under the radar but bring strong ROI.
• Communicate wins, updates, and opportunities with affiliates in a way that feels human, not corporate.

Preferred:

• Organized when it comes to managing partner lists, terms, and payments.
• Willing to learn about SEO, content marketing, and how traffic affects affiliate success.
• Enjoys solving problems and making processes more efficient.
• Basic understanding of how affiliate marketing works and its role in digital growth.
• Curious about how affiliates monetize blogs, YouTube, TikTok, or newsletters.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with tools like PartnerStack, Impact, or even Mailchimp and Canva.
