Description:

We’re looking for a Hotel Front Desk Clerk who knows that every check-in sets the tone for a guest’s entire stay. You’ll be the first smile they see and the last “have a great trip” they hear — and that matters. From late-night arrivals to early-morning departures, you’ll be the steady, friendly presence guests count on. You’ll manage check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and billing with grace and attention to detail. You’ll turn little moments — a friendly greeting, a restaurant tip, a bottle of water — into lasting impressions. Whether it’s a room key that won’t work or a breakfast question at 5 a. ” You’ll monitor reservations, manage guest profiles, and ensure every detail is accurate — from room types to preferences. You’ll work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to make sure guests never have to wait or wonder. You’ll be the quiet fixer of little hiccups — a room that’s too warm, a lightbulb out, a taxi that’s running late. You’ll communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and any issues are resolved quickly. You know that hospitality lives in tone, posture, eye contact, and the way you say someone’s name.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Assist in generating and reviewing shift reports, night audits, and occupancy stats when needed.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding reservations, amenities, local recommendations, or special requests.
  • Participate in front desk training, team briefings, or cross-department coordination meetings as required.
  • Provide accurate and friendly information about hotel services, policies, breakfast times, check-out procedures, and Wi-Fi access.
  • Maintain guest privacy and follow all data protection and confidentiality standards.

Preferred:

  • Comfortable using booking systems like Opera, Cloudbeds, or other PMS platforms.
  • Understands how to resolve guest concerns or escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Excited to be part of a team that ensures comfort, satisfaction, and repeat visits.
  • Pays attention to guest needs and aims to create a welcoming first impression.
  • Comfortable managing busy periods with professionalism and calm multitasking.

Benefits:

  • You’ll learn how to solve problems on the fly — overbookings, late checkouts, missing keys — and be the hero.
  • You’ll get training in customer service, conflict resolution, and local area knowledge.
  • Guests will remember your face, your name, and how you handled their request at 2am with a smile.
  • We celebrate fast check-ins, smooth problem solving, and that one guest who left a glowing review about you.
  • We support your growth with real career paths, mentoring, and the occasional room discount perk.

You’ll log issues, track patterns, and share ideas that make the entire guest experience better over time. You’ll monitor systems, process payments, and ensure accuracy in every reservation and invoice. ” You’ll deliver service that’s confident but never stiff, friendly but never forced. You’ll help build trust, comfort, and loyalty — not with flashy perks, but with reliable care. You’re someone who thrives on making someone’s stay smoother, friendlier, and a bit more memorable. If you know how to make a guest feel special without ever saying “VIP,” you’re exactly who we’re looking for. If you believe great hospitality lives in the details, the tone, and the extra five seconds of care — this job is yours. You’ll be a local expert, a tech user, a multitasking wizard, and a hospitality ambassador all in one. You’re not just welcoming guests — you’re creating moments they’ll remember long after they check out. Your professionalism, patience, and warm attitude help build loyalty with every stay. If you love helping people feel at home — even when they’re far from it — we’d love to welcome you to our team.
