Description:

We’re seeking a Remote Personal Assistant who can expertly manage daily tasks, organize priorities, and keep everything running seamlessly. You’ll manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure appointments are set, with reminders sent to keep everything on track. You’ll handle emails, prioritize communication, and keep track of important tasks and deadlines. You’ll assist with travel arrangements, making sure every detail is covered from booking flights to organizing itineraries. You’ll work closely with team members to track important deadlines, meetings, and projects, helping to ensure everything is on time. You’ll help create and update internal and external communications, keeping them clear and concise. You’ll coordinate communication between different teams and ensure that everything is aligned and on track. You’ll provide administrative support by making phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating between departments or teams. You’ll assist in creating reports, preparing presentations, and helping with project management tasks.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Maintain a calm, solutions-first attitude even when plans change, tech fails, or things get hectic.
  • Anticipate needs—if you know there’s a meeting tomorrow, prep the agenda today.
