Description:

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer Trainee with a passion for digital products — no experience required, just curiosity and a desire to learn UX/UI from the ground up. You’ll dive into real projects from day one — supporting campaign launches, social media content, and branded visuals across multiple platforms. We’ll teach you how to design within a fashion identity — clean, elevated, and emotionally resonant. You’ll assist in creating assets for launches, editorials, seasonal drops, and influencer collaborations. You’ll learn how to combine fonts, colors, and motion to match internet culture and speak the platform’s language. Expect to assist on user flows, landing pages, onboarding screens, dashboards, and mobile layouts. Expect to create designs that live in people’s feeds, not just in files — and learn what performs and why. You’ll learn the difference between “beautiful” and “usable” — and how great design blends both. You’ll work with developers, learning how to hand off clean files, export assets, and communicate your intent clearly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proof your work for errors and polish every pixel before handing it off.
• Receive feedback without ego and apply it thoughtfully to improve your designs.
• Stay organized using tools like Trello, Notion, or a good old sticky note wall.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to bring ideas to life visually.
• Archive files neatly so nothing gets lost six months later when someone needs it again.

Preferred:

• Can work independently and also contribute to team brainstorming and creative sessions.
• Able to maintain visual clarity and functionality in user-focused designs.
• Enjoys turning complex ideas into simple, memorable, and visually pleasing experiences.
• Open to A/B testing visuals and using analytics to iterate on design performance.
• Can translate ideas or briefs into clear and compelling visual concepts.
