Description:

We’re hiring a Musician / Composer Trainee to help us create original soundtracks, jingles, and background scores — no experience needed, just musical passion and a good ear. No studio credits needed — just creativity, discipline, and an open mind for feedback and experimentation. You’ll support our audio team by crafting melodies, experimenting with chord progressions, and creating mood-driven soundscapes. We’ll show you how to break down a creative brief, find the right tempo, and match music to emotion and pacing. Expect to work in digital audio workstations, learning how to arrange, layer, and export professional audio tracks. You’ll dive into the basics of sound design, sampling, and building dynamic audio from scratch. We’ll introduce you to sound syncing, beat mapping, and how to time your tracks to visuals. You’ll also get to practice editing, cutting, and mastering audio for clarity and emotional effect. You’ll also help remix existing tracks, enhance emotional resonance, or add subtle cues that elevate a scene.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow deadlines and adapt to last-minute changes or creative curveballs.
• Sync music to visuals by hitting emotional beats, pacing, or transitions accurately.
• Adapt musical pieces to fit timing constraints, dialogue, or scene transitions.
• Deliver final files in required formats and naming conventions without delay.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, or clients to understand the desired mood, tone, and pacing.

Preferred:

• Comfortable arranging music for solo, ensemble, or orchestral formats depending on project scope.
• Background or strong passion in music composition, performance, sound design, or film scoring.
• Experienced in exporting high-quality audio in multiple formats and organizing deliverables.
• Can adapt music to different platforms — social media reels, trailers, podcasts, mobile games, or corporate branding.
• Willing to edit, revise, or re-orchestrate compositions based on feedback or changing needs.

This role is ideal for self-taught musicians who are curious, adaptable, and hungry to refine their craft. You’ll gradually take ownership of small pieces, then full tracks, and eventually lead your own scoring ideas.
