Description:

We’re hiring a skilled Fiverr Gig Manager to take charge of our gig listings, ensuring they are engaging and perform well on the platform. You’ll manage the entire gig creation process, from crafting compelling descriptions to setting competitive pricing and packages. You’ll manage our Fiverr profile, update gig details, and keep everything aligned with the latest trends and best practices. You’ll ensure all client communications are timely and professional, maintaining a positive relationship throughout the project. You’ll stay up to date with Fiverr’s algorithm changes and implement best practices to ensure our profile stays relevant. You’ll handle order management, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services to maintain positive feedback and repeat business. You’ll ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. You’ll monitor competition, identifying trends and incorporating new ideas to stay ahead in the market. You’ll update the gig regularly, ensuring it remains fresh, competitive, and aligned with current market trends.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Track revenue, conversion rates, and repeat customer behavior using Fiverr analytics or third-party tools.
  • Keep visual assets fresh—thumbnails, banners, and videos that match current trends and buyer expectations.
  • Coordinate revisions, delivery timelines, and scope expectations to ensure high satisfaction and five-star reviews.
  • Set up auto-messages, gig requirements, and FAQs to streamline onboarding and reduce repetitive back-and-forth.
  • Respond with flexibility—some clients are detailed, others vague, and your role is to guide them to clarity.

Preferred:

  • Able to handle custom order requests, upsell add-ons, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable updating gigs based on performance or market trends to stay competitive.
  • Can design gig thumbnails and banners that attract clicks and reflect the brand.
  • Understands Fiverr's algorithm, gig ranking factors, and how to optimize for visibility.
  • Capable of resolving disputes calmly or escalating to Fiverr support when needed.
