We’re hiring a motivated and resourceful Remote Recruiter to help us attract top-tier talent to join our team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles across multiple departments. You’ll collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for each role. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role. You’ll track candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline, providing regular updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders. You’ll keep track of all recruitment activities, managing a pipeline of candidates for current and future positions. You’ll help with negotiating offers, ensuring that candidates understand the role, compensation, and benefits offered.
Basic Qualifications:
- Represent the company with professionalism and warmth—candidates remember how you made them feel.
- Use asynchronous tools like Slack, Notion, Loom, and email to stay connected and proactive across a distributed team.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals—crafting personalized outreach that stands out.
- Facilitate feedback collection post-interviews, ensuring timely decision-making and a smooth candidate experience.
- Write and post clear, compelling job descriptions optimized for SEO and tailored to remote job platforms (e.g., We Work Remotely, Remote OK).
Preferred:
- Able to conduct initial interviews and assess soft skills, culture fit, and role alignment.
- Can help build talent pools and proactively reach out to passive candidates.
- Values empathy, clarity, and transparency when dealing with candidates and hiring teams.
- Thrives in fast-paced, remote environments where communication and initiative are key.
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable.
