Description:

We’re seeking an Interior Designer who can bring spaces to life through thoughtful planning, cohesive aesthetics, and a deep understanding of how people experience environments — from the ground up. You’ll take full ownership of interior projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients to understand needs, preferences, and goals. You’ll create layouts, finishes palettes, and 3D visualizations that reflect the unique goals and personalities of each client. You’ll create detailed design packages including technical drawings, FF&E selections, lighting plans, and mood boards. You’ll develop mood boards, floor plans, and 3D visuals that help clients imagine the life they’ll live in each space. You’ll guide clients through material options, finishes, color palettes, and spatial configurations that support both form and function. You’ll coordinate with contractors, vendors, and installers to bring every detail of your vision to life. You’ll present your work with clarity and confidence, backing each choice with logic, emotion, or both. We’ll trust you to balance budgets and timelines while protecting the integrity of your design.

Basic Qualifications:

• Design with emotion—spaces should tell stories, create comfort, and inspire those who live or work in them.
• Keep clients informed and excited, even when inevitable delays or revisions occur.
• Attend site visits regularly to check progress and troubleshoot issues early.
• Balance aesthetics with practicality—beautiful spaces still need to function day to day.
• Guide clients through the design process—from first consultation to final styling day.

Preferred:

• Able to develop mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations that align with client preferences and brand identity.
• Experience designing residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors with attention to both aesthetics and functionality.
• Thrives in collaborative, client-focused environments where design solutions come to life.
• Comfortable working within space planning, lighting design, and furniture layout principles.
• Can manage multiple client projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving scope or feedback.

You should be comfortable with tools like SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, and hand sketching when needed.
