Description:

We’re hiring a Remote CRM Specialist who understands that the heart of a business is in how it manages its relationships. You’ll manage our CRM system with precision, ensuring the right data reaches the right people at the right time. Your mission is to keep our sales and support teams informed, aligned, and running like clockwork. You’ll work cross-functionally to support sales campaigns, automate follow-ups, and generate reports that actually matter. If you love diving into systems and streamlining processes, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and support to ensure the CRM reflects real-time customer journeys. You know the difference between a lead and a qualified opportunity — and how to guide each through the system. You’ll troubleshoot integration issues, fine-tune email logic, and test flows before they ever go live. If an integration breaks, you’re the first to spot it and already have a fix or workaround in mind.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work with sales and marketing leads to refine lead scoring, tagging, and routing based on performance insights.
• Be the internal “CRM champion” who answers questions, solves problems, and advocates for better processes.
• Support marketing efforts by managing contact lists, tags, and segmentation for email and ad campaigns.
• Set up automated alerts and notifications for deal updates, missed follow-ups, or key account activity to keep teams in sync.
• Stay current with CRM platform updates and new features to continuously optimize system performance.

Preferred:

• Able to troubleshoot CRM issues and provide user support or documentation.
• Has experience integrating CRMs with tools like Slack, Zapier, or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams remotely.
• Pays close attention to detail when updating records and tracking customer interactions.
• Curious about user behavior and how to improve lifecycle and retention using CRM tools.

You’ll play a key role in evaluating new tools or integrations, ensuring they fit cleanly into our system. You’ll regularly audit data quality and suggest improvements based on usage trends and business needs. You’ll be empowered to suggest tools, integrations, or changes that could help us work smarter at scale. You’ll also play a key role in onboarding new team members and training them on CRM usage and workflows. This remote role gives you full flexibility, but also expects high ownership and crisp async communication. This role is fully remote, so you’ll need to be self-driven, communicative, and proactive in everything you do. You’re comfortable in a fully remote setup and know how to stay visible and collaborative with async tools.
