We’re offering a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee role for someone who loves to create and wants to learn how stories, visuals, and sound come together in professional content — no experience required, just creative energy and a willingness to learn. You’ll assist in developing scripts, music cues, visual plans, and production timelines for different types of content. We’ll teach you how to handle every part of the production process — from planning and filming to editing and publishing. You’ll help shoot interviews, record voiceovers, mix audio, or animate transitions depending on the project needs. Expect to assist in editing video clips, adding transitions, syncing music, and adjusting color or sound. You’ll get hands-on with tools like DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, GarageBand, or FL Studio depending on the project. We’ll guide you through structuring short-form content, intro hooks, pacing, and audience retention techniques. You’ll learn how to add music, sound design, or branding elements that bring content to life. You’ll also learn how to optimize exports and formats depending on each platform’s unique requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Celebrate the wins, study the flops, and keep producing content people actually want to watch or hear.
• Brainstorm fresh formats and concepts that align with the brand and audience interests.
• Work hands-on with editing—video, audio, or music—if you have the chops, or guide post-production teams if not.
• Deliver polished, platform-ready assets optimized for YouTube, Spotify, TikTok, or wherever the content lives.
• Balance creative ambition with logistical reality—you can’t shoot a volcano if there’s no volcano.

Preferred:

• Knows how to translate ideas or briefs into clear production plans and executable formats.
• Willing to produce original content or assist in brand partnerships, influencer campaigns, or client work.
• Experience managing the end-to-end production process for digital content, music, or video projects.
• Familiar with audience development, metadata, thumbnails, and engagement tactics for content performance.
• Values creativity, collaboration, and consistency in bringing ideas to life.
