Just graduated or switching careers? No experience? No problem — we’ll train you step by step in both imaging and patient-centered care. You’ll assist in urgent situations — car accidents, fractures, internal injuries — where every second and every image counts. Expect to assist in everything from routine chest X-rays to urgent trauma imaging, sometimes all in one shift. You’ll begin to understand how X-rays, CT scans, and fluoroscopy contribute to accurate diagnosis and early detection. Expect a blend of hands-on learning, detailed technical training, and compassionate patient interaction. Here, you won’t just press buttons — you’ll help keep the entire diagnostic process moving. Expect to work with all types of patients — from calm and cooperative to scared, restless, or confused.

Basic Qualifications:

• Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly.
• Maintain detailed records of procedures, patient data, and equipment usage.
• Follow proper procedures when using contrast agents, including allergy checks and monitoring.
• Take pride in being the unseen part of many diagnoses, helping doctors see what others can’t.
• Adapt to different patient needs—elderly, children, pregnant women—with special care.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like CT/MRI Technologist, Imaging Lead, or Radiology Department Supervisor.
• Thrives in detail-oriented, regulated, and patient-focused healthcare environments.
• Willing to support portable imaging procedures in ICU, ER, or bedside situations.
• Willing to assist during trauma or emergency procedures in fast-paced environments.
• Capable of recognizing artifacts or errors and repeating scans when necessary to ensure diagnostic quality.
