We’re hiring a Remote Sales Representative who thrives on connection, communicates with purpose, and knows that trust is the foundation of every successful deal. You’ll be at the front line of our growth, reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward solutions that truly add value. In this fully remote role, you’ll manage a diverse pipeline, follow up with leads across multiple channels, and guide prospects through the decision-making process with confidence and clarity. You’re great at identifying needs, explaining value, and handling objections without sounding rehearsed. You know how to listen actively, read signals (even over email), and build trust quickly. Your follow-up game is strong — timely, respectful, and always on point. You’re comfortable setting and exceeding targets, but you don’t let numbers get in the way of being a good human. Collaboration is part of your process — you’ll sync with marketing to align on messaging, share lead feedback, and make sure the whole funnel flows smoothly.
Basic Qualifications:
- Manage the full sales cycle remotely—from initial contact to closing the deal and handling handoff to account managers.
- Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, or LinkedIn to introduce our products and services in a clear, friendly way.
- Keep a human-first mindset: people buy from people they trust, not scripts.
- Update the CRM with notes, stages, and next steps so the pipeline stays accurate and actionable.
- Qualify leads efficiently so your time (and theirs) is focused on deals that can actually close.
Preferred:
- Able to track and analyze performance metrics like conversion rate and deal size.
- Values honesty, transparency, and building trust-based client relationships.
- Comfortable with cold calling, lead qualification, and pitching product value.
- Enjoys reaching targets and celebrating small wins as part of a sales journey.
- Able to handle objections calmly and tailor messaging to client needs.
