We’re hiring a Truck Driver Trainee for intercity and long-distance routes — no experience needed, just a license, steady hands, and a head for the road. You’ll start by riding along with experienced drivers, learning how to inspect the truck, check the load, and prepare for the road ahead. You’ll work with instructors who respect your journey and will explain everything clearly — step by step, no assumptions, no judgment. You’ll follow all traffic laws, weight limits, and safety protocols — no shortcuts, no exceptions. You’ll handle loading and unloading when required, and communicate with dispatch like a pro. You’ll keep accurate logs, delivery records, and paperwork — because documentation matters as much as driving. You’ll be trained in safety protocols, weight limits, road signs, and how to navigate industrial areas with confidence, not fear. You’ll be trained to balance drive time, rest breaks, fuel stops, and drop-offs without cutting corners or breaking rules.

Basic Qualifications:

• Load and unload cargo as required—ensuring proper weight distribution, secure fastening, and damage prevention.
• Stay current on CDL endorsements, medical exams, and regulatory requirements to maintain legal driving status.
• Adapt to different types of vehicles (e.g., box trucks, flatbeds, reefers, tankers) based on job or cargo requirements.
• Operate commercial trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently over local, regional, or long-haul routes.
• Adhere to company policies regarding fuel usage, load handling, and delivery confirmation protocols.

Preferred:

• Pays close attention to cargo safety, weight limits, and proper securing of loads.
• Open to flexible work hours, night driving, weekends, or long-distance routes if required.
• Proven experience operating long-haul, local, or regional trucks safely and efficiently.
• Understands how to read delivery instructions, manifests, and route sheets accurately.
• Willing to report mechanical issues and assist with basic troubleshooting on the road.
