Description:

We’re hiring a Call Center Operator for a fully remote position — ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and thrives in a home-based work environment. You’ll handle incoming calls from customers, answering questions, resolving issues, or directing them to the right department. You’ll use web-based tools and scripts to assist with questions, resolve complaints, or guide customers through common processes. You’ll log call details, update client records, and track the nature of each inquiry using CRM systems. You’ll follow detailed scripts and decision trees to ensure accurate information is shared and the proper steps are followed. You’ll meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made, conversions completed, and qualified leads generated. You’ll respond calmly to callers who may be upset, confused, or facing urgent medical or financial situations. You’ll handle rejection professionally, using it as motivation to refine your pitch and keep moving forward. You’ll follow communication guidelines, privacy protocols, and quality assurance standards set by the company.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Use multiple systems or software tools at once while staying focused and clear on the call.
  • Take pride in being the voice of the company and a key part of the customer experience.
  • Stay organized, meet deadlines, and keep personal workstations tidy and secure.
  • Remain calm and composed in high-pressure or fast-paced call queues.
  • Stay up to date on product changes, promotions, and system updates through regular briefings.

Preferred:

  • Willing to receive coaching, participate in training sessions, and continuously improve service quality.
  • Values patience, reliability, and communication in customer-facing work.
  • Willing to handle various communication channels including phone, email, or live chat if required.
  • Can manage difficult callers, de-escalate tense conversations, and remain professional under pressure.
  • Capable of working with scripts but also thinking critically when exceptions arise.

You’ll rotate between shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on coverage needs.
