Description:
We’re hiring a detail-oriented Notion Workspace Organizer to help us structure and optimize our team’s digital environment. You’ll be responsible for organizing and structuring Notion workspaces, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and easy to navigate. You’ll create customized templates, dashboards, and systems that help teams collaborate and stay on top of their tasks. You’ll collaborate with team members to understand their needs and customize the workspace to enhance collaboration and communication. You’ll maintain a clear and organized structure for all documents, tasks, and projects, ensuring easy access for everyone. You’ll collaborate with different departments to ensure the workspace reflects their workflows and requirements. You’ll work with various teams to understand their needs and create tailored workspaces that enhance collaboration and workflow efficiency. You’ll train team members on how to use Notion effectively, providing guidance and support as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Create multi-view setups (calendar, table, board, gallery) that cater to different user preferences or roles.
- Balance simplicity and depth—avoid overwhelming users while still enabling powerful functionality under the hood.
- Create dashboards, task managers, content calendars, CRMs, and knowledge bases that are intuitive and visually clean.
- Document processes, SOPs, and onboarding materials directly within Notion for easy access and future team reference.
- Set up permission structures, workspace organization, and shared vs private pages to ensure security and access clarity.
Preferred:
- Understands how to structure workspaces for teams, projects, and personal productivity.
- Experience creating SOPs, documentation pages, and wikis for growing teams.
- Can create dashboards for goal tracking, weekly planning, or project management.
- Enjoys building systems that reduce chaos and help teams focus on what matters.
- Comfortable setting up task managers, content calendars, CRMs, or knowledge hubs.

You’ll work closely with leadership to understand project needs and adapt the workspace accordingly. This remote position offers flexibility, allowing you to manage and optimize the workspace from anywhere.
