Description:

We’re looking for a Hairdresser who knows how to combine technique with creativity — someone who doesn’t just follow trends, but helps clients discover what truly suits them. You’ll provide personalized haircuts, coloring, and styling services tailored to the client’s goals and comfort level. You’ll begin each appointment with a thoughtful consultation, taking time to understand the client’s lifestyle, face shape, and desired result. You’ll help clients express themselves — whether they want a subtle refresh or a bold transformation. You’ll handle services ranging from trims and blowouts to full color transformations and treatment plans. You’ll stay current on trends, techniques, and products — attending workshops or keeping an eye on what’s next in hair fashion. You’ll recommend styling products and care routines tailored to each client’s hair type, texture, and lifestyle. You’ll be part of a creative team that supports, inspires, and challenges each other to grow together. You’ll support new team members, help where needed, and contribute to a collaborative, upbeat salon culture.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay up to date with current hair trends, styles, and techniques through training or social platforms.
• Cut, trim, and shape hair using scissors, razors, or clippers with precision and care.
• Stay calm under pressure during busy hours or demanding clients.
• Keep track of color formulas and client history for future visits.
• Promote new services, loyalty programs, or seasonal offers to boost client engagement.

Preferred:

• Able to recommend styles, treatments, or products based on hair condition and face shape.
• Comfortable providing consultations and understanding client needs before beginning a service.
• Enjoys helping people feel confident and look their best through personalized styling.
• Background or strong passion in cosmetology, beauty, or fashion.
• Follows hygiene and sanitation standards for tools, stations, and client comfort.
