Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to create and execute social media strategies that elevate our brand presence. You’ll be responsible for creating and curating content that aligns with our brand’s voice and resonates with our target audience. You’ll oversee daily posts, ensuring they align with the brand’s tone and messaging while resonating with the target audience. You’ll analyze social media performance, track metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and growth. You’ll stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, adapting strategies to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that campaigns and social media efforts are aligned with broader business goals. You’ll engage with followers and respond to comments or direct messages, fostering a strong online community. You’ll run social media advertising campaigns, including paid promotions and sponsored posts, to expand our reach.

Basic Qualifications:

• Schedule posts in advance but stay ready to pivot when real-time opportunities arise.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, friendly voice that reflects the brand's personality.
• Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency and balance across different content types (educational, entertaining, promotional).
• Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook using tools like Buffer or Later.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates, best practices, and new platform features—because things change fast.

Preferred:

• Knows how to analyze engagement metrics and adjust content to improve performance.
• Background or interest in marketing, communications, branding, or digital media.
• Experience managing social media accounts for brands, influencers, or personal projects.
• Can develop strategies for product launches, brand awareness, or user-generated content.
• Understands how to create platform-specific content strategies based on audience behavior.

You’ll track and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing content accordingly. You’ll evaluate competitor strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and ways to improve our own approach. You’ll help manage and organize social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting across all platforms. You’ll assist in developing brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual assets across all platforms.
