We’re hiring Mobile Phlebotomist Trainees — no experience needed, just a careful approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized on the go. You’ll learn how to draw blood with confidence, precision, and compassion — whether from children, adults, or elderly patients. We’ll train you how to greet donors, walk them through the process, and make them feel comfortable from check-in to juice and cookies. Your first days will focus on observing, preparing equipment, and supporting licensed phlebotomists during real patient interactions. You’ll be trained in infection control, patient identification, and how to make each collection quick, clean, and as comfortable as possible. You’ll learn how to work with nervous patients — how to explain, reassure, and help them feel safe in your care. Donors may be first-timers, regulars, or nervous visitors — and you’ll learn how to adapt to each interaction with professionalism and kindness. We’ll guide you in staying calm during high-volume donation drives and how to keep lines moving while giving each person your full attention. You’ll also learn to handle difficult veins, time-sensitive collections, and how to work efficiently during busy shifts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Verify patient identities and match them to the correct lab orders.
• Remain calm and gentle, even in busy or high-stress environments.
• Take pride in your role—small vials, big impact on someone’s health.
• Dispose of needles, gloves, and biohazard waste properly after each draw.
• Greet patients with kindness and ease their anxiety about the procedure.

Preferred:

• Experience drawing blood from patients of all ages in hospital, clinic, or lab settings.
• Certified or trained in phlebotomy with knowledge of venipuncture techniques.
• Able to follow chain-of-custody procedures for drug screenings or forensic tests.
• Comfortable collecting blood samples via needle, fingerstick, or heelstick when necessary.
• Able to identify suitable veins, prepare collection equipment, and follow proper site sanitation procedures.
