We’re hiring a Taxi Driver who takes pride in providing safe, reliable, and respectful service — someone who knows the city well and enjoys helping people get where they need to go. You’ll work primarily evening or overnight shifts, transporting passengers safely during late hours, airport runs, and post-event pickups. You’ll offer friendly greetings, assist with luggage, and provide helpful tips if asked — from great food spots to scenic routes. You’ll plan routes ahead, check traffic and weather updates, and adjust your timing for smooth, delay-free service. You’ll keep your vehicle clean, warm in winter, and cool in summer — offering passengers comfort as well as reliability. You’ll maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle that reflects professionalism and makes a great first impression. You’ll remain calm in traffic, polite during delays, and helpful even when passengers are in a rush. You’ll accept various payment methods, issue receipts when requested, and handle fare questions with clarity and patience. You’ll handle unexpected situations — like lost items, reroutes, or tough conversations — with maturity and professionalism.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be courteous and discreet—respect passenger privacy during conversations or calls.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and smoke-free vehicle interior at all times.
• Pick up passengers at requested locations and deliver them safely and efficiently to their destinations.
• Follow all traffic laws, speed limits, and local driving regulations without exception.
• Handle long waits, traffic jams, or difficult customers with patience and good judgment.

Preferred:

• Familiar with performing basic vehicle inspections, refueling, and reporting maintenance issues.
• Comfortable adhering to ride schedules, taxi company rules, and local transportation laws.
• Wants to grow into roles like Fleet Supervisor, Dispatcher, or Private Chauffeur.
• Knows how to manage disputes or difficult passengers calmly and escalate if needed.
• Comfortable assisting passengers with luggage, special needs, or providing door-to-door service.
