Description:

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the brand’s goals and values. You’ll be responsible for curating content, writing copy, and creating visuals that resonate with our audience and reflect the brand’s values. You’ll analyze social media performance, track metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and growth. You’ll stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, adapting strategies to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative. You’ll work with the marketing team to plan and coordinate social media promotions, contests, and giveaways to drive engagement. You’ll engage with followers, building a community by responding to comments, messages, and participating in conversations. You’ll manage paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and driving conversions across platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

• Coordinate with influencers or UGC creators to repurpose content or run co-branded promotions.
• Keep a close eye on competitors and niche leaders to identify content gaps and opportunities.
• Report monthly with insights, wins, learnings, and suggested pivots—no vanity metrics, just actionable takeaways.
• Manage multiple accounts or regions when needed, ensuring cohesive messaging with localized nuance.
• Maintain an organized asset library—logos, templates, past posts, captions—for efficiency and reuse.

Preferred:

• Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
• Can develop strategies for product launches, brand awareness, or user-generated content.
• Knows how to monitor mentions, DMs, and comments to maintain positive brand sentiment.
• Understands hashtag strategy, timing, and content pillars for audience growth.
• Can manage content calendars, cross-posting, and platform-specific guidelines.
