Description:

We’re hiring a talented UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and create engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for designing seamless user experiences that meet both user needs and business goals. You’ll collaborate with the product and development teams to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts. You’ll conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to gather valuable insights and improve designs. Basic Qualifications:

• Create handoff-ready files and documentation that make implementation smooth for frontend developers.
• Advocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle while keeping business goals in mind.
• Balance aesthetic quality with practical UX—your designs should feel beautiful *and* get users where they need to go.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, or usability testing to inform design decisions and improve UX flows.
• Create pixel-perfect layouts while still leaving room for developer flexibility when needed.

Preferred:

• Able to iterate designs based on real-time feedback and product updates.
• Capable of building interactive prototypes to demonstrate key product flows.
• Comfortable balancing creativity with product constraints and technical feasibility.
• Understands how to translate research findings into intuitive interface solutions.
• Thrives in collaborative, feedback-driven, and remote-first design teams.
