Description:

We’re looking for a Pharmacist who’s equal parts science nerd, people person, and cool under pressure. You’ll be the person patients turn to when they leave the doctor’s office unsure and need clarity, not just medication. You’ll check every script with laser focus and catch interactions before they become problems. You’ll check dosages, flag interactions, and ask the tough questions others might miss. Whether someone is picking up antibiotics or starting long-term treatment, you’ll guide them with care and calm. You’ll lead your team with clarity and purpose, making sure the pharmacy runs smoothly and ethically. You’ll be part of a healthcare team that relies on your insight, your experience, and your clinical integrity. You’ll manage inventory like a science — keeping track of stock, expiration dates, and reordering before the shelves ever run low. You’ll bring calm to chaos and clarity to confusion, whether it’s a new prescription or an urgent refill at closing time.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Report and document adverse drug reactions or medication errors according to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Support transitions of care by consulting with hospitals, long-term care providers, or physicians to ensure seamless medication continuity.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and secure work environment—adhering to infection control and safety policies.
  • Assist in training pharmacy technicians and overseeing their work to ensure accurate preparation, labeling, and packaging of medications.
  • Administer vaccinations, such as flu or COVID-19, in accordance with licensing and state-level authorization where applicable.

Preferred:

  • Willing to support wellness initiatives, medication therapy management (MTM), or chronic care programs.
  • Keeps up with pharmaceutical research, new medications, and treatment guidelines.
  • Capable of managing inventory, ordering medications, and minimizing waste or stockouts.
  • Skilled in managing pharmacy technicians and maintaining workflow efficiency.
  • Thorough understanding of drug interactions, contraindications, and proper dosage protocols.

Benefits:

  • We believe pharmacists should have a voice in patient care — and we make sure you’re heard.
  • Daily rituals include team huddles, patient check-ins, and the occasional heartfelt thank-you from someone you helped.
  • You’ll always know your work is meaningful, measured, and appreciated.
  • You’ll counsel patients, collaborate with physicians, and ensure best practices in every dose.
  • If you love combining science with service, and helping people feel informed and safe — this is your calling.

You’ll uphold strict regulatory standards, not because you have to — but because you believe in protecting people. You’ll use your voice to advocate for patients — whether it’s clarifying a dosage or helping with an insurance barrier. You’ll juggle patients, doctors, insurers, and your team — and somehow still keep your sense of humor. You’ll document accurately, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing things right the first time. You’ll keep learning, staying up to date on therapies, technology, and the ever-changing world of healthcare. You’ll help create an environment where patients feel heard, not rushed — and where trust grows with every visit. You’ll never forget that for the patient in front of you, this visit might be the most important moment of their week. If you believe great pharmacists don’t just dispense medicine — they deliver peace of mind — we want to meet you. If you believe that a great pharmacist is part clinician, part counselor, and part quiet hero — we want you on our team.
