Description:
We’re looking for a Digital Product Designer who doesn’t just push pixels — you solve real problems with thoughtful design and a strong sense of user empathy. You won’t just be designing UI elements — you’ll be contributing to the strategy behind product decisions, ensuring that every flow, feature, and micro-interaction serves a real user need. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to take ideas from fuzzy sketches to polished, production-ready designs. You ask the right questions, map out user journeys, and turn vague product requirements into intuitive interfaces that feel simple, even when they’re solving complex problems. You’re confident with design systems, love Figma like a second brain, and know when to lean into consistency — and when to break the rules to make something feel truly intuitive. Whether it’s a mobile app, web platform, or internal tool, your work brings clarity, consistency, and delight to the experience. You’ll work with PMs, engineers, and content folks in an agile environment where feedback loops are fast, and ownership is shared. Accessibility, responsiveness, and interaction design are second nature to you.
Basic Qualifications:
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback, data insights, and internal reviews—perfection is a process, not a destination.
- Own design projects from concept to handoff—working independently while syncing regularly with the team.
- Translate complex requirements into clean, elegant, and accessible interfaces that users actually enjoy.
- Stay organized, manage priorities across multiple features, and meet deadlines without losing quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and UX/UI best practices to continuously level up your craft.
Preferred:
- Can create clear user flows, journey maps, and interaction logic.
- Can explain design decisions clearly and collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
- Knows how to balance aesthetics with functionality and business goals.
- Has a portfolio showcasing clean, thoughtful, and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Follows other designers and product teams for inspiration and improvement.
Benefits:
- User interviews, product analytics, and feedback loops — all available to you.
- Your taste, your process, and your weirdness — all are appreciated here.
- Weekly design critiques that are constructive, not crushing.
- We believe in dark mode, accessible design, and properly named layers.
- Designers lead the process here — not just follow Jira tickets.
You thrive in ambiguity, love asking “why,” and can back your decisions with either data or gut instinct — depending on the moment. You welcome critique as a way to refine, not defend, and you treat collaboration as an essential part of the process — not a checkpoint. Accessibility isn’t an afterthought for you — it’s baked into your process. If you’re the kind of person who spots awkward UX in everyday apps and mentally redesigns them for fun, we’d love to work with you. Let’s make things people enjoy using — not just tolerate. ” before opening your design tool — you’re our kind of designer. Let’s build products that are not only beautiful but meaningful.
