Description:

We’re looking for a Junior QA Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. You’ll be responsible for executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring that the product works as expected before release. You’ll create and execute test plans, ensuring thorough coverage of all features and maintaining a high standard of quality. You’ll assist in preparing test plans and cases, making sure all features are thoroughly tested before launch. You’ll perform regression, performance, and user acceptance testing to ensure software is working as intended. You’ll report defects in a clear and concise manner, working with developers to verify fixes and prevent future issues. You’ll help with automating tests and integrating automated testing processes into the development workflow. You’ll stay current with industry best practices and testing methodologies, continuously improving your skills and approach.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay organized in your workflow—track what’s been tested, what’s pending, and what needs retesting after changes.
• Review release notes and confirm that all planned features or fixes are accounted for before sign-off.
• Contribute ideas to improve test flows, user experience, or clarity of error messages.
• Your goal isn’t just to “break stuff”—it’s to protect the user experience and build trust in every release.
• Be curious—ask "what happens if…" and test like a real user, not just a script.

Preferred:

• Values clarity, communication, and consistency in test reporting.
• Can follow test plans and checklists to ensure features meet requirements.
• Comfortable testing across different devices, browsers, and operating systems.
• Pays close attention to details and enjoys finding inconsistencies or edge cases.
• Can write clear, step-by-step bug reports and communicate findings to developers.
