Description:
We’re in search of a Webflow Developer who blends technical skill with creative precision — someone who sees Webflow not just as a tool, but as a full design-to-development canvas. You’re the type who gets satisfaction from clean class naming, perfectly structured layouts, and buttery-smooth animations. You take pride in structured class naming, fully responsive layouts, and lightning-fast page loads. You’ve worked with CMS collections, multi-step interactions, and know how to make animations feel intentional, not gimmicky. You’re comfortable building with client-first methodologies or using frameworks like Relume or Client-First by Finsweet. You care about performance, accessibility, SEO fundamentals, and page speed — all the little things that turn a good site into a great one. You don’t just build — you solve problems, optimize flows, and bring ideas to life.
Basic Qualifications:
- Build with scalability in mind—whether it’s one page or a whole CMS-driven ecosystem, structure matters.
- Create modular design systems inside Webflow—components, style guides, and reusable classes that make the site easy to scale.
- Support landing page creation for marketing experiments with quick turnarounds and clean versioning.
- Experiment with custom code embeds (HTML, CSS, JS) when Webflow’s native features aren’t enough—but only when necessary.
- Test sites thoroughly before publishing—across screen sizes, browsers, and device types.
Preferred:
- Interested in automation, no-code workflows, and scaling design-to-dev pipelines.
- Familiar with client handoff processes and preparing Editor-friendly interfaces.
- Can work with Webflow CMS to power blogs, portfolios, or content-heavy sections.
- Has a portfolio with live Webflow sites that demonstrate creativity and precision.
- Pays attention to detail and ensures consistency in typography, color, and spacing.
Benefits:
- We treat Webflow dev as a craft — not just a way to “avoid a real dev.”
- Our clients and team appreciate performance, accessibility, and subtle flair.
- You’ll work on real projects that ship, not just endless pixel pushing.
- We know Webflow isn’t just drag-and-drop — and we treat you like a real developer.
- You’ll work closely with designers and marketers — and have input from day one.
You keep your projects tidy and version-controlled, and you’re confident presenting your work to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration is second nature — you can work with designers, marketers, and copywriters without losing your cool (or your structure panel). You’re proactive, communicative, and care about shipping quality work that makes brands look better online. If you love building websites that don’t just look great — but *feel* great to use — then you might be exactly who we’re looking for. Whether it’s a one-pager or a full CMS-driven ecosystem, you bring clarity, speed, and attention to every build. If crafting web experiences that stand out is your thing — we’d love to have you on board.
