We’re seeking a Hairdresser who brings both technical skill and a warm personality — someone who makes clients feel at ease while delivering consistently beautiful results. You’ll provide a full range of salon services, including precision cuts, creative color, blowouts, and special occasion styling. You’ll consult with clients before every service to understand their goals and offer expert guidance on shape, tone, and maintenance. You’ll stay on top of style trends — from precision bobs to creative color melts — and confidently adapt them to individual needs. You’ll use professional-grade tools and products to ensure every service meets salon quality standards. You’ll help build long-term relationships by remembering details, following up after big changes, and creating a welcoming experience. You’ll maintain a clean, organized station and follow all sanitation and safety protocols with consistency and care. You’ll be part of a creative team that supports, inspires, and challenges each other to grow together. You’ll manage your time well, respecting every appointment and making sure no one feels rushed or overlooked.

Basic Qualifications:

• Listen closely—sometimes the client just needs to feel seen and heard.
• Handle feedback or concerns gracefully, offering adjustments or touch-ups when necessary.
• Assist with salon duties like cleaning, reception, and retail sales when required.
• Offer honest advice on what suits the client’s face shape, lifestyle, and hair type best.
• Style hair using blow dryers, straighteners, curlers, and products for everyday or special occasions.

Preferred:

• Skilled in coloring techniques including highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and full-color applications.
• Thrives in energetic, creative spaces where skills, trends, and client care come together.
• Knows how to safely apply chemical treatments like perms, relaxers, or keratin services.
• Can handle feedback professionally and make adjustments to ensure client satisfaction.
• Able to assist coworkers and contribute to a team-oriented salon culture.
