Description:

We’re hiring a Cleaner Trainee for night shifts in a shopping mall — a role for someone who enjoys calm, structured work and takes pride in visible results. You’ll start by learning daily cleaning procedures for clinics, exam rooms, corridors, and waiting areas, all under strict sanitation guidelines. You’ll assist in disinfecting surfaces such as beds, examination tables, door handles, and medical equipment covers. You’ll be trained to notice the small details — from dust on lampshades to streaks on mirrors — that elevate a guest’s stay. You’ll help wipe down handrails, elevator buttons, escalator belts, and glass doors to remove smudges and germs. You’ll wear proper protective equipment (gloves, mask, gown, etc. You’ll follow zone-based checklists and time schedules to ensure nothing is missed during overnight routines. You’ll learn how to mop and sanitize floors using hospital-approved cleaning agents and specialized tools. You’ll help restock supplies like hand sanitizers, soap dispensers, tissues, and disposable bed sheets.

Basic Qualifications:

• Restock carts or closets with cleaning materials before and after each shift.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels in restrooms and break rooms.
• Follow health, fire, and safety regulations in every aspect of your duties.
• Handle sensitive areas with extra care, such as medical rooms, computer equipment, or confidential spaces.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely, following all label instructions and guidelines.

Preferred:

• Values cleanliness, reliability, and efficiency in everyday work.
• Wants to grow into roles like Head Cleaner, Cleaning Supervisor, or Facility Assistant.
• Organized with time management, ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned within the scheduled time.
• Familiar with using basic cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, brooms, and microfiber cloths.
• Takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for others.
