We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Assistant who’s ready to jump into the fast-paced world of digital partnerships and help us scale smart. In this role, you’ll help maintain the daily rhythm of our affiliate program — assisting with recruitment, supporting ongoing campaigns, and keeping everything from tracking links to payout reports running smoothly. From organizing affiliate assets and campaign briefs to ensuring that links, tracking codes, and payouts are accurate — your attention to detail will keep things on track. You’ll help keep affiliate data clean and accurate, monitor performance metrics, and flag trends that deserve a second look. You’re someone who enjoys working with both people and processes — equally comfortable drafting a welcome message as you are cleaning up spreadsheets or pulling metrics from the dashboard. If something’s broken — a link, a promo code, a file — you’re the kind of person who quietly fixes it before anyone notices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist in recruiting micro-influencers or niche partners who might fly under the radar but bring strong ROI.
• Organize folders, spreadsheets, and asset libraries so affiliates always have what they need at their fingertips.
• Track discount codes and campaign-specific links so we can measure what converts best.
• Work with the analytics team to analyze traffic and conversions generated from affiliate efforts.
• Join affiliate webinars, training calls, or community chats to stay connected and informed.

Preferred:

• Has ideas for new outreach channels or niches to explore.
• Willing to learn about SEO, content marketing, and how traffic affects affiliate success.
• Values honesty, transparency, and clear communication in partnerships.
• Background or interest in marketing, e-commerce, digital media, or communication.
• Can identify high-performing campaigns and summarize results for managers.
