We’re looking for a Newsletter Copywriter who can transform ideas into emails people *actually* want to open, read, and click. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging, brand-aligned newsletters that not only get opened but actually get read. Your job is part writer, part storyteller, and part strategist, using your words to keep readers informed, inspired, and connected to the brand. In this role, you'll craft everything from weekly newsletters to product announcements, editorial roundups, drip sequences, and customer updates, always with a tone that feels warm, confident, and human. You’ll work closely with marketing, content, and design to make sure every send supports larger campaign goals while delivering value in its own right. You’ll test headlines, play with CTAs, and track what works so you can write even better next time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, spam compliance, and formatting standards.
• Coordinate with product, support, or leadership teams to include important updates without overwhelming the reader.
• Use storytelling techniques to make even mundane updates feel human, clear, and worth sharing.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align newsletter content with campaigns, launches, or seasonal moments.
• Write engaging, concise, and brand-aligned copy for weekly or monthly newsletters that people actually want to open and read.

Preferred:

• Experience writing email newsletters, campaigns, or marketing content.
• Enjoys brainstorming hooks, angles, and content ideas based on audience behavior.
• Wants to grow into roles like Email Marketing Manager or Content Strategist.
• Comfortable A/B testing subject lines or content to see what performs best.
• Background or studies in communication, journalism, marketing, or creative writing.
