Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our remote team and help create visually stunning designs for our brand. You’ll be responsible for designing marketing materials, social media assets, and other digital content that align with our brand’s aesthetic. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to develop graphics for websites, email campaigns, and online ads that engage and inform our audience. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure that all designs align with our messaging and brand guidelines. You’ll ensure that all designs are on-brand, consistent, and optimized for different platforms and devices. You’ll ensure consistency across all design elements, from website graphics to print collateral, maintaining a cohesive brand identity. You’ll collaborate with the content team to produce visual elements that enhance messaging and storytelling across all media. You’ll stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating fresh ideas into your work to keep designs modern and relevant.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay organized with file naming, folder structure, and version control—your files should be a joy to open.
• Collaborate remotely with marketing, product, or content teams to turn briefs into polished designs that communicate clearly.
• Support brand evolution by testing new styles or visuals and proposing updates when appropriate.
• Ultimately, help the brand *look* as great as it *is*—through visuals that inspire, inform, and connect.
• Balance creativity and functionality—your designs should not only look good but also serve a clear purpose.

Preferred:

• Familiar with design collaboration tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Google Drive.
• Can design for multiple formats: static, animated, digital, and physical.
• Has a portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types.
• Understands the role of design in storytelling, branding, and customer engagement.
• Able to follow briefs and turn rough ideas into polished visuals.
