Description:

We’re looking for a strategic Fiverr Gig Manager to oversee and optimize our gig listings, driving traffic and increasing sales. You’ll be responsible for creating and optimizing gig content, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and visuals, to attract potential clients. You’ll be responsible for responding to inquiries, managing client expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of services. You’ll ensure all client communications are timely and professional, maintaining a positive relationship throughout the project. You’ll stay up to date with Fiverr’s algorithm changes and platform updates, implementing new strategies to stay competitive. You’ll monitor competitors, staying ahead of market trends and making recommendations for new services or gig improvements. You’ll help identify opportunities to expand our services, create new gigs, and tap into profitable niches. You’ll handle all aspects of communication with clients, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and a fast response rate. You’ll work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, offers, and seasonal promotions to attract new clients.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist in launching new gigs, including keyword research, competitive analysis, and marketplace positioning.
• Document internal SOPs for each gig to maintain quality and train assistants or collaborators if needed.
• Set up auto-messages, gig requirements, and FAQs to streamline onboarding and reduce repetitive back-and-forth.
• Respond with flexibility—some clients are detailed, others vague, and your role is to guide them to clarity.
• Handle order disputes, Fiverr support tickets, or negative feedback with professionalism and solutions-first mindset.

Preferred:

• Experience using tools like Canva, Trello, or Google Sheets to organize workflows is a plus.
• Wants to grow into roles like Fiverr Account Strategist, Virtual Agency Coordinator, or Freelance Operations Lead.
• Experience managing or assisting with service-based gigs on Fiverr or similar freelance platforms.
• Values clarity, professionalism, and creative problem-solving in client relationships.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced digital environment with creative service offerings.
